On April 24th, Orchid Health teamed up with Bloodworks Northwest for a blood drive in McKenzie River. The event was a great success, with 21 donors registering and 18 units of blood collected. We were excited to see 14 first-time donors join us. Kent, one of our donors, won a $40 gas gift card in our raffle.

Bloodworks NW serves 95% of hospitals in our region, turning donations into lifesaving blood supplies. They help patients with everything from organ transplants to bleeding disorders.

The blood drive showed how our community can come together to support healthcare. Bloodworks NW was so pleased with the turnout that they plan to return in a few months.
