Meet Our New Provider: Tiffany Cordova, LCSW

We’re excited to welcome Tiffany Cordova, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), to the Fern Ridge team!

Tiffany joins our clinic as a Behavioral Health Clinician, providing mental health support to Elmira, Veneta, Walton, Noti, and surrounding communities. As a Behavioral Health Clinican, Tiffany supports 

  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Supporting patients in managing chronic health conditions
  • Promoting healthier lifestyle choices
  • Helping patients build emotional resilience

Whether facing a new diagnosis, navigating life’s stressors, or seeking to strengthen mental health, our Behavioral health Clinicians are here to help you.

Tiffany grew up in Cottage Grove, Oregon, and has always been passionate about supporting others in their health and well-being. She earned her Bachelor’s in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon and went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work at Portland State University.

Her professional experience includes working in outpatient mental health counseling as well as providing crisis services in the emergency department. Now, she is focused on offering short-term, solution-focused therapy in an integrated healthcare setting, where patients can access mental health support as part of their overall care.

Tiffany has a special interest in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, women’s issues, and adolescence. She provides care in English and is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard and understood.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Tiffany traveling, going to the movies, visiting wineries, listening to podcasts, cooking, and exploring creative activities.

We’re thrilled to have Tiffany join us and look forward to the positive impact she’ll have on our patients and community!
