Family Nurse Practitioner Monique Moya, FNP will be leaving Orchid Health Oakridge Clinic on December 31, 2025.

Monique will be relocating to Canada to begin a new role in inpatient endocrinology, a specialty she is passionate about. While we’re excited for her next step, we also know many patients will feel her absence deeply.

Honoring Monique’s Time in Oakridge

Monique has been a trusted primary care provider for many individuals and families in the Oakridge community.

“Her commitment to compassionate, high-quality care has made a real difference in the lives of her patients. We are grateful for her service and wish her all the best in this next chapter.”

In a message to her patients, Monique shared:

“I will be relocating to Canada to begin a new position in inpatient endocrinology. While I’m excited for this next chapter and the opportunity to grow in a specialty I’m passionate about, it is truly bittersweet to leave this community and the patients who have meant so much to me.

It has been an honor and a privilege to be part of your care and to share in your health journeys. I am deeply grateful for your trust, kindness, and the connections we’ve built during my time here.”

What This Means for Patients

Even though Monique is transitioning to a new role, your care at Orchid Health Oakridge will continue.

• Orchid Health is actively recruiting a new primary care provider who will assume Monique’s panel and carry forward her and Orchid’s shared commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care.
• We are not actively transferring patients to other providers or clinics.
• Our other Orchid Health Oakridge providers remain available for both urgent and routine needs.
• Patients are encouraged to continue scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and preventive care as usual.

Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible while keeping your care close to home and supported by a team that knows you.
