Since opening our first clinic in 2014, Orchid Health has grown to serve more than 5,000 patients across rural Oregon. Our clinics provide primary care and behavioral health services designed around accessibility, compassion, and connection.
We know that the same principles apply to our workplace. When our team feels well cared for, they can better care for others. That’s why we emphasize work-life balance, open communication, and a culture built on trust and belonging.
This award for Employee Well-Being is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our staff’s feedback through a confidential survey. Their voices and experiences guide how we continue to strengthen our organization and stay true to our mission.
About the Top Workplaces Award
The Oregonian/OregonLive Top Workplaces program is conducted in partnership with Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology company. Each year, hundreds of Oregon employers participate in a confidential survey measuring workplace culture, leadership, communication, and overall satisfaction. Only a select number of organizations earn recognition, and just 13 employers statewide received special category awards in 2025 — including the Employee Well-Being honor awarded to Orchid Health.
